  • Processing excludes: Weekends and holidays

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders $50 and above
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50
  • Express Shipping: $12.99 (available at checkout)
  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 (select locations)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can:

  • Track your package in real-time using the tracking link
  • View estimated delivery date and current location
  • Receive delivery updates via email
  • Contact us if you have concerns about your delivery

Delivery to Different Locations

  • Domestic (US & Canada): Full coverage with tracking
  • International: Select countries available; rates calculated at checkout
  • APO/Military: Available with extended processing time
  • PO Boxes: Accepted for standard shipping only

Note: During peak seasons (holidays), shipping times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We'll notify you if your order is affected.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

  • 30-Day Return Period: All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Returns accepted from the order delivery date
  • Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted
  • No questions asked for most items

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned if:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • All labels are intact
  • Within the 30-day window

Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Damaged items (quality guarantee covered separately)
  • Used or worn items

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your ShopHub account and locate your order
  2. Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  3. Print the return shipping label or request one via email
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and drop off at any shipping location
  6. Receive a refund within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 5-7 business days after return received
  • Refund Method: Same method used for original purchase
  • Shipping: Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Free for most items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • We'll replace or refund the item immediately
  • Return shipping provided at no cost
  • No need to wait the standard return window
